Handy tip for Parents and Children
If you chat, don't send your real name, photo, address, phone number or school name. If a cyber friend wants to meet you ask your parents first (unless you are a parent) and never meet alone. Keep the household internet computer in a prominent place in the house rather then a bedroom.
